Please read before using the Bing Bing Plate. By opening or using the Bing Bing Plate and the knife included with it, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Sharp tool. The knife has a sharp blade and can cause cuts or other injuries. Use it only as intended and cut away from your body and hands.
2. Voluntary use and assumption of risk. Using this product is voluntary. I understand that using knives and wrap tools carries risks, including cuts, scrapes, and damage to property, and I accept those risks.
3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE). To the fullest extent allowed by law, I release THE WRAP INSTITUTE, LLC (“TWI”), its staff, sellers, and distributors from all claims for injury, loss, or damage arising from my use of this product, INCLUDING CLAIMS CAUSED BY TWI’S OWN NEGLIGENCE.
4. Indemnity. I agree to hold TWI harmless from claims, costs, or damages resulting from my misuse of the product.
5. Age. I am at least 18 years old, or I am using this product under direct adult supervision. Keep out of reach of children.
6. Safe use. I will follow the safety instructions provided, wear appropriate protection (such as cut-resistant gloves) when needed, and will not use the product while impaired.
7. Storage and disposal. I will store the knife safely and dispose of used blades in a puncture-proof container.
8. Governing law. This notice is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
9. Severability. If any part of this notice is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
10. Legal rights. Nothing in this notice limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
